Therapeutic exercise

Our therapeutic exercise programs can treat chronic pain, help lose weight, and be used as a preventative therapy.


We include a range of physical activities that helps restore and build physical strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and stability.


The goals of therapeutic exercise include the following:


  • First, to reduce pain and inflammation.

  • Second, to regain range of motion.


  • Third, to rebuild muscle strength, and


  • Fourth, to develop good endurance.
